There are several type of Roll coaters to apply the surface.
(1) "S" type
(2) Horizontal type
(3) Vertical type

The Coater roll has 2 roll type and 3 roll type depending on a purpose.
The placement of the Coater roll includes "V" type and Straight type.
The adjustment and control of the paint, there are some method as follows:
(1) Hand-operated steering wheel adjustment method
(2) nip pressure indication method equipped with road cell with the hand-operated
steering wheel
(3) Equipped with nip pressure adjustment drive motor and can adopt automatic
feedback methods.
